Promicin Positives

Promicin Positives, also known as "P-Positives" and "Extra Crispies," is the name given to ordinary humans who took promicin following Jordan Collier's Promicin Distribution Plan. Extra Crispies means "Same Ingredients, Different Recipe" and was coined by Marco Pacella. They are the civilian opposite of the enhanced soldiers.

Anastasia is a young woman who took promicin when she was saddened following the death of her fiancee in a car accident. She survived and gained the ability to eliminate pollution. When she went on the run from the government due to promicin being made illegal, Anastasia joined with 99 other "promicin-positive" humans and united under Jordan Collier's leadership. Anastasia initially stayed in Evanston with the rest of the group, but were forced to leave after NTAC learned of their existence. The group were then led by Collier's new protege, Kyle Baldwin, who directed them to go an abandoned bunker beneath Seattle from the guidance of his ability. When Collier annexed part of the city, declaring it Promise City, for the purpose of beginning to build a paradise, he recorded Anastasia using her ability to eliminate all the pollution in the Duwamish River Delta, one of the most polluted rivers in the United States, making it safe to drink, which Collier proved by drinking a cup-full of water then and there. Collier called Anastasia's ability "a miracle". She was shown in Till We Have Built Jerusalem.

Kyle Baldwin is the son of Tom Baldwin who took promicin during his tour around the country, spreading the word of Jordan Collier. His ability is to have shamanistic visions, in the form of Cassie Dunleavy.

Billy was a young boy who became depressed when both his parents died in an airplane crash shortly after his 8th birthday. Alone and scared, he took promicin, and soon developed the ability to emit a sonic scream so powerful it could shake buildings and deafen people.
To avoid arrest for taking promicin, now illegal, Billy left his old life behind and was led by Jordan Collier, along with 99 other "promicin-positive" humans, to Evanston, where Billy served as a form of alarm system for the secluded community whenever an intruder was found.
Billy and the rest of the town's population left Evanston under Collier's orders and were led by him to Seattle, and is now currently living in Promise City. He was shown in Try the Pie.

Kevin Burkhoff was the first non-4400 to develop an ability. His ability is regeneration.

Meghan Doyle is the current head of NTAC who was forcibly gien promicin due to Danny Farrell's ability. Her ability is to create plantlife.

Evee is a young woman who took promicin and gained the ability to make people fall unconscious, which is triggered by her cricking her neck. While on the run from the government for taking promicin, Evee was led by Jordan Collier and 99 other "Promicin Positives" to Evanston, but left after NTAC found out about the secluded community. Evee and the others were then led by Kyle Baldwin's visions to South Seattle, where they erected Promise City. When Captain Aquino's team of enhanced soldiers was sent to assassinate Collier, NTAC Agents Tom Baldwin and Diana Skouris pursued, for the purpose of finding and "rescuing" their loved ones. Diana ran into Evee and Riva, and Evee used her ability to capture Diana. When Aquino ultimately found Collier in the city's command bunker, Collier was waiting with his thermokinetic bodyguard and Evee, who used their respective abilities to capture Aquino and his squad and end the attack.

Danny Farrell was Shawn Farrell's yougner brother who injected himself with promicin after he learned that he would survive after taking Kevin Burkhoff's Promicin Compatibility Test. His ability was to give off promicin as an aerosol gas, dosing thousands of people at once.

Jed Garrity is an NTAC agent who was forcibly given promicin due to Danny Farrell's ability. His ability is self-duplication.

Dalton Gibbs was an average man and part-time mechanic whose lack of intelligence held him back all his life. When Jordan Collier distributed promicin to the world, Dalton took the shot, survived and gained the ability of superintelligence, making him a genius.
To avoid arrest by the government for taking promicin, now illegal, Dalton went on the run, and eventually joined a group of 99 other "promicin-positive" humans, and were led by Collier to Evanston, and after populating and restoring the abandoned town, began work creating a Utopia, with Dalton becoming a key figure in the community as, though officially the town mechanic, created inventions such as Tracking Device Bracelets, to enforce security in the secluded community, and Promicin-Extractors, to increase Collier's supply of promicin for the purpose of distribution.
Under Collier's orders, Dalton and the rest of the group left Evanston and, driven by Kyle Baldwin's visions, were led to Seattle and created Promise City, with Dalton's latest and greatest creation; Psychic Defense Beacons, protecting the city. He was shown in Try the Pie.

Graham Holt was a highschool student who took promicin to gain more noteriety. His ability was to make people worship him like a god, which was neutralised by Jordan Collier.

Troy Kennedy was a man who felt down on his luck after losing his job and his girlfriend leaving him. Feeling that he had nothing left to lose, Troy took promicin and gained the ability to play music expertly, like a virtuoso, despite having no previous talent.
Troy initially kept his ability secret, but when a sudden outbreak of phobia-induced insanity befell several residents of the town he lived in, NTAC Agents Tom Baldwin and Jed Garrity investigated and discovered most of the victims came together at an ATM and the only ones who went insane was when Troy was nearby. After capturing Troy when he attempted to run away, he was taken to NTAC and interrogated, as the agents thought he was the cause of the madness. Troy, however, insisted he wasn't and told them about his power, but the agents weren't convinced until NTAC Regional Director Meghan Doyle alerted them to another phobia attack which happened while Troy was in custody, proving his innocence. Because the agents were unconvinced of Troy's ability, he wasn't subjected to a promicin test, and was released.

P.J. is a former Theory Room worker at NTAC. He took promicin because he wished to help improve relations between NTAC and Jordan Collier, and was later incarcerated after his ability was discovered. His ability is to create hallucinogenic "games".

Marco Pacella is the head of the Theory Room at NTAC who was forcibly given promicin due to Danny Farrell's ability. His ability is teleportation.

Audrey Parker was an old woman who injected herself with promicin to have another chance at life. Her ability was astral projection.

Brandon Powell is an autistic child who was injected with promicin by his father. His ability is to make people's worst fears manifest themselves so much so that they went insane.

Shannon Reese was a kind young woman who took promicin when she was in the middle of a personal crisis. Shannon survived and developed the ability to relieve tense emotions, such as fear and anxiety, in others through talking, and a small green jewel, containing all the hostile emotions, appears afterwards.
To avoid arrest for taking promicin, now illegal, Shannon and 99 other promicin-positive people fled and was led by Jordan Collier to Evanston, an abandoned mining town, and proceeded to create a peaceful community in secret, leaving their old lives behind, and Shannon became the town's therapist, helping the entire town's population get over their own personal problems or fears and generally improved the town's emotional atmosphere, creating a stable, peaceful community.
Shannon helped Tom Baldwin, who was looking for his son, to temporarily get over his fears about him and stress about his wife's disappearance.
Shannon left the town under Jordan's orders, and journied with the group to Seattle and is currently living in Promise City. She was shown in Try the Pie.

Riva was a middle-aged woman who took promicin and gained the ability to control and manipulate plantlife. While on the run from the government for taking the illegal substance, Riva joined a group of 100 Promicin Positives led by Jordan Collier, and followed him to Evanston, where they created a peaceful and prosperous community. When NTAC found out about the town, Riva left the town on Jordan's orders and followed Kyle Baldwin's visions to Seattle, where they established Promise City.
When NTAC Agents Tom Baldwin and Diana Skouris found a way into the protected city to rescue their loved ones in the wake of the incursion by Captain Aquino's team of enhanced soldiers, Diana ended up walking through the Garden, which was prospering mere hours after Promise City was created and had many types of blossoming flowers and fruits. Diana momentarily stopped to admire the plantlife, giving Riva the necessary time to summon Evee, who used her ability to capture Diana. She was shwon in Till We Have Built Jerusalem.

April Skouris is Diana Skouris' sister who took promicin following her breakup with Ben. Her ability is to compel others to tell the truth when she asks a direct question.

Sophia is a young girl shown briefly in Tiny Machines. Her ability is to manipulate human senses.

Warren Trask was an old man crippled and confined to his bed by a stroke. His daughter injected him with promicin to try and wake him up. He was killed by Tom Baldwin in Tiny Machines when Tom was a member of The Marked. His ability was technopathy.

Kathy Weir was an ordinary woman who met and fell in love with Paul when he she was younger. After only two weeks of knowing him, he asked her to marry him, and she accepted, and lived a happy life together.
When Jordan Collier distributed promicin to the world, Kathy and Paul both agreed to take the shot together. While they both lived, she gained telekinesis and he gained pyrokinesis. When promicin was decreed to be illegal, Kathy and Paul were forced to go on the run from the government to avoid arrest, and, along with 98 other promicin-positive humans, were led by Collier to Evanston and began to work building a utopia, with Kathy owning the local diner, and became famous for her apple pie, made from apples she took from trees with her ability and a special "aftertaste", a substance created by one of their number that allowed them to share memories. This allowed the community to eliminate the need for secrets and helped improve relationships within the town.
Under Collier's orders, Kathy left Evanton with her husband and the other followers and departed to Seattle and now lives in Promise City. She was shown in Try the Pie.

- A female Texan was the first recorded promicin-positive following promicin's release (see Episode:Fifty-Fifty). Her ability is to cure mental diseases.
- A female follower of Jordan Collier. Her ability is to disable electronic equipment.
- Four male followers of Jordan Collier, whose abilities are to create a substance that, when ingested, permits a group to share memories (as seen in Episode:Try the Pie); duplicate anyone's voice; mainpulate DNA; and protect himself and others from psychic attacks, such as from the Psychis Defense Beacons.
- Jordan Collier's bodyguards, who can use electrokinesis, mental attacks, and thermokinesis.
- Four of Jordan Collier's foreign agents, who can cause earthquakes, tornados, explosions, and tsunamis.
- At least 9000 new promicin-positives following the crisis with Danny Farrell's ability.

The promicin positives suffer many dangers after gaining their abilities; these include:
- The government, having decreed promicin as being illegal, has ordered every "promicin-positive" human to be arrested.
- Jordan Collier, despite being their unofficial leader, has the ability to neutralize their abilities, making them normal.

The promicin positives took promicin for the purpose of helping change the world for the better in the aftermath of averting The Catastrophe.
[edit] Total Population
- According to a newspaper headline shown in The Wrath of Graham, 6000 humans from the United States were expected to be P-Positive by the end of the year.
- 500 P-Positives live inside Promise City.
- 50% of NTAC's Seattle Branch garrison, numbering 150, all registered as P-Positive after an outbreak of the Promicin-Virus in the building.
- 18000 Seattle residents were dosed with the promicin by the Promicin-Virus, half of which lived and gained abilities.
