This is a list of the entries of Maia's online diary for Season 4, along with a summary of what they say and the visions given. The visions are maintained at the end of her entries; in the "Things I see" section.

Maia talks about her vacation to Spain, and about how her first family never traveled outside of California. She mentions the first World War and how it made Europe big and scary back then. Maia likes the fact that she and Diana, as well as Ben, get to spend more time together, and how back in Seattle they didn't get to do as many fun things. Maia thinks the best thing about the vacation is that she and her family get to act like regular people because no one knows she's a 4400. Maia also mentions that while it's great, she misses her 4400 Center friends.
- Things I see
- Tom will be lonely, but not for much longer.
- Ben is going to convince my Mom to let me go see the fireworks in town, even though they're pass my bedtime.
- I see the number 6,000
- Jordan sees that the news reports at least 6,000 deaths by the end of the year due to the shots.
- Someone is getting sick again but she's not getting the help she needs to get better.
- This refers to the fact Tess's schizophrenia is returning to her, and she isn't able to get help.
- People everywhere are getting new abilities. Some of them are getting in trouble.
- This references the fact people are taking Promicin shots and gaining abilities. Some use them for good, others to do bad.
- Tom is going to see someone he knows in a museum.
- In The Wrath of Graham Tom sees Alana in a painting at the Powell Museum dated 1885.

Maia talks first about the weather and how it's different from Seattle. Ben has been showing Maia how to use his camera and they've been going around taking pictures of things. Ben told Maia to try everything eatable once, and if she didn't like it she'd never have to eat it again, and she happens to have built up a good list of things she didn't like. Maia talks about catching Diana checking up on the news and the 4400 but Maia doesn't mind. Maia talks about how she knows she's one of the 4400 and that "there's nothing we can do to change that".
- Things I see
- Tom's Boss is going to do him a favor
- Meghan Doyle gives Tom a highly classified file on Isabelle.
- I see an old movie poster on an office wall... it's in another language. And it's not Spanish.
- Meghan Doyle has a French movie poster put in her office when she takes over NTAC.
- Mom is going to get news that will make her get the worried face again.
- Tom is going to visit someone in jail.
- Tom visits Isabelle in jail.
- A woman is going to attack Jordan Collier.
- Shawn is still sleeping.
- Shawn is still in a coma, apparently until the events of The Wrath of Graham
- Mom is going to speak to Marco again.
- Marco calls up Diana to talk about April.
- I see a bunch of High School students wearing black hooded sweatshirts.
- This has to do with the cult Graham creates in The Wrath of Graham

Maia starts out regretting that Diana isn't going to return to Spain, and Ben wanting to disbelieve it. She goes on to describe the three kinds of reactions she gets from her visions. The first is like April, who wants to know everything they can about their future. Then there's the type who doesn't believe her, even when her predictions come to pass. The third type is like Ben, they say they don't believe her, but they know she's right. Maia talks about her last dinner with Diana before she returns to Seattle, and then she ends the entry talking about overhearing Ben on the phone, sounding sad and unsure if Diana is going to return.
- Things I see
- There's a woman screaming in an elevator.
- Refers to the opener of Fear Itself.
- Tom's partner is going to need help.
- Garrity gets affected by Brandon, the fear-causing child
- I see a big yellow train.
- Brandon is found in a train yard.
- Shawn is reading a magazine with Jordan Collier's face on the cover.
- There's a long line to use the ATM.
- The first victims of Brandon are lined up at an ATM.
- Isabelle is going to sign a piece of paper.
- She signs a paper to have her blood tested with promicin.
- I see an old book that looks all burned around the edges.
- Kyle is shown an old book of alleged prophecies made by a cult
- Tom is going to be really happy to see my Mom.

Maia talks about missing Diana, and how she and Ben have been doing a whole lot of things to fill their time.
- Things I see
- I see a beautiful woman in a bathing suit. She's on a yacht.
- [Audrey Parker] says she once turned a proposal down from a man she was on a yacht with.
- A young artist is going to sell a lot of her paints at her first show.
- An artist Audrey encounters is the one who sells a lot of paintings.
- Shawn is going to visit one of my teachers from The 4400 School.
- Shawn asks [Heather Tobey] to help him reopen [The 4400 Center].
- There's a long line of people waiting to get in to The 4400 Center
- People show up on the reopening of the Center
- A policeman is putting handcuffs on Shawn.
- Shawn gets arrested for using his powers.

Maia talks about how Diana explained to her that Tom's body had been taken over. She goes on to talk about Diana explaining to her that she feels sick and isn't having visions because of the inhibitor, and that she doesn't have to worry about getting sick because the inhibitor is different. Not having visions apparently makes her feel quiet and calm.
- Things I see
Since Maia is on the inhibitor she hasn't seen anything. She sketched a picture of a girl and some stars instead.
