I've tried to put on every episode why it was named the way it was named. Any good ideas why this episode is called The Home Front? --GeoMike 12:59, 3 January 2007 (EST)

In a war, a home front is where the fighting takes place where you live. For example, if you lived in the South in 1864, the war has come to your homeland and your fighting on the homefront. Alana was arrested during this episode, and Tom lost her by the end, not knowing if he would ever see her again. Because events were hitting so close to home for Tom, it was called The Home Front. --The Radio Star 17:45, 3 January 2007 (EST)
